STUDENT & INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

As a student, I was able to grasp a little bit of everything in the social media and PR world! Below you will find examples of work I previously supported at my internships, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), DePaul PRSSA, and the classroom. Every experience led to my growing passion for the world of communications and marketing.

RUSSETT PR

As the Communication Intern at RUSSETT PR I created many social media posts that were used to increase brand awareness on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The content I created varied in the purposes it served. They were informative on the services RUSSETT PR delivers and lifestyle/relatable content.

DePaul PRSSA

At DePaul PRSSA I served as the VP of Communication where I sent engaging and informative emails to DePaul students and staff. I rebranded our email template to make it more eye-catching and engaging to our subscribers. I also assisted the VP of Social Media in creating social media content when needed.

Class Projects

Hands-on learning in the classroom is the easiest way to learn any skills. And so, I invite you to look at my class assignments and projects. They include items such as news releases, blog posts, campaign presentations, brand fact sheets, and so much more!

PRSSA Social Media Committee

I had the opportunity to join the PRSSA Social Media Committee. I would assist the VP of Digital Communications at PRSSA with any graphics that needed to be made for certain PRSSA projects and events. The content I created was posted on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and their Progressions Blog website.
